Q: What exactly is The Digital Core?
The Digital Core: ??? ????? ?? ????????? is an OCT (original character tournament) where you as the artist create an original character with a partner Digimon and pit them against each other in a bracket style tournament (first round won't follow this style).
Q: Can I create my own Digimon/Digivice/DigiEgg?
Yes! In fact it is encouraged to use creativity. All we ask is that you stay with the season 2 canon of the Trainee, Rookie, Armour Evolution series. Further levels will be required later in the tournament, but depending on the progress your Tamer and Digimon make through the tournament said levels will look way different than how you pictured them hintDNAevolutionhint.
Q: Can you explain a bit more about creating your own Digimon?
You are allowed to create your own Digimon as long as it exists only within the Baby-Armour Evolution line. Upon creation of your Digimon you must create a reference sheet and movelist for the creatures. A panel of judges will review your Digimon to make sure it doesn't fall under the realms of 'overpowered'.
Q: Can I create my own Digivolution from a canon Digimon? I.E. Koromon - Agumon - TankGreymon
Yes, same rules apply as above.
Q: How do I enter?
Simply create a Tamer/Digidestined and their Digimon, providing their reference sheets along with their DigiEgg. A reference sheet of their Digivice is encouraged to be provided as well.
Q: Does the tournament have a set location?
While it is in a specific place in the digital world, contestants are allowed complete leeway in how they depict the surroundings (except for a part that will be revealed later).
Q: Are written entries allowed?
Purely written entries are not allowed. If contestants wish to use written works accompanied by illustrations, then that is permitted (take ~xSheepi's entries as an example).
Q: Ok I finished my reference sheet/entry what do I do?

You can help by advertising or donating a prize, both would be greatly appreciated.
Q: Can I have more than one Digimon?
Contestants may only have one main Digimon for use in battle. If a contestant would like other Digimon (ex. as sidekicks), then these extra Digimon cannot digivolve or be past the In-Training stage.
